Sunday School leader (Leading a classroom and teaching biblical principles)
Sunday School assistant (Helping things function safely and efficiently and helping create the environment for learning and fun!)
Tear down crew (Sticking around for about 20 min on Sundays after church to break down any equipment and activities we used that morning)
Event planning team (Helping plan quarterly events)
Welcome team (Learning our check-in system and helping families feel welcomed and confident on Sunday mornings)

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Café Team. We are always looking for more baristas—no experience needed! We’ll train you to be one of the friendly faces taking orders or serving up delicious beverages to our Paradise Alliance Church family.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and serve coffee and light refreshments before and after church services.
• Offer a warm smile and friendly conversation to everyone who walks up to the counter.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting café area that reflects the excellence and love of Christ.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth service, restocking supplies and supporting wherever needed.Who We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, reliable people who love making others feel at home.
• No experience needed—just a servant’s heart and willingness to learn.
• A passion for people and hospitality, whether you’re making coffee or chatting with guests.
• Bonus if you enjoy coffee or have barista skills, but it’s not required!Time Commitment:
• Arrive 30–45 minutes before service begins.
• Serve before and after services, with an optional rotation based on your availability.
• Opportunities to serve during special events or gatherings.Why It Matters:

Thank you for your interest in serving on our Hospitality Team! We’re excited that you’re considering using your time and gifts to help people feel cared for and connected.
What You’ll Do:
• Help prepare, set up, and serve food and beverages for church events, gatherings, and special occasions.
• Provide refreshments, coffee, and other hospitality needs before and after services.
• Serve as an usher or greeter on Sunday mornings by welcoming guests, answering questions, helping with seating, and assisting with other needs.
• Welcome first-time guests and help them connect with the right ministry or resource.
• Be attentive to the needs of guests, families, seniors, and others who may need extra assistance.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and included.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, welcoming, and willing to serve others.
• Someone who enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Dependable, attentive, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Someone who can work well with others and represent the church with a warm and helpful attitude.
Time Commitment:
• Serve on Sunday mornings and/or as needed for church events and special gatherings.
• Scheduling can vary based on the volunteer’s availability and the needs of the church.

What You’ll Do:
• Pray faithfully and consistently for prayer requests shared with the Prayer Team.
• Receive prayer requests as they come in so prayer can begin immediately.
• Cover our church, community, and individual needs with consistency and compassion.
• Keep prayer requests confidential and treat each request with care and respect.Who We’re Looking For:
• Individuals with a heart for prayer and a desire to stand in the gap for others.
• Someone who is committed to praying for the needs of our church family.Time Commitment:
• Flexible and ongoing.
• Prayer requests are sent out as they are received, allowing you to pray when and where you are able.
• Time commitment will vary depending on the number of prayer requests received.Why It Matters:
Prayer is one of the most meaningful ways we can care for one another. Serving on the Prayer Team means faithfully lifting up the needs of our church family, standing in the gap for others, and trusting God to work in every situation. Through prayer, we offer support, encouragement, and hope while inviting God’s presence and power into the lives of those who need it.

What You’ll Do:
• Help plan, prepare for, and serve at community outreach events.
• Assist with events such as Christmas Eve, Trunk-or-Treat, Christmas Light Show, and other community gatherings.
• Help with set-up, tear-down, activities, food, games, and welcoming guests.
• Serve wherever needed to help events run smoothly and create a welcoming experience.
• Help build relationships with people in our community and represent our church with kindness and hospitality.
Who We’re Looking For:
• People who enjoy meeting others and being involved in community events.
• Friendly, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Team players who enjoy working together to serve our community.
• Anyone with a heart to share the love of Christ through practical service and meaningful connections.
Time Commitment:
• Flexible and based on the community events being offered throughout the year.
• Opportunities may include planning, preparation, set-up, serving during events, and tear-down.

Community Outreach gives us an opportunity to step outside the walls of our church and connect with the people around us. Through these events, we can build relationships, show kindness, and create opportunities for our community to experience the love of Christ.

From running sound and slides to helping with lighting, cameras, and livestream, your service helps people clearly hear, see, and engage with worship and the message. No experience is necessary—we will train you and help you learn along the way!

The Tech Team serves behind the scenes to help create an environment where people can focus on worship, clearly hear the Word of God, and experience the service without unnecessary distractions. Through sound, visuals, lighting, and technology, you help support the ministry of the church and extend the message beyond our walls.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and facilitate regular Small Group meetings.

• Encourage group members in their relationship with Christ.
• Build meaningful relationships and care for those in your group.

• Someone with a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Regular Small Group meetings and preparation.

Serving on this team is more than sharing a talent—it’s an opportunity to point people toward God and help create an environment where our church family can worship together.
What You’ll Do:
• Use your musical or vocal gifts to serve the church during services, events, and special gatherings.
• Participate in weekly rehearsals and come prepared to contribute both skillfully and spiritually.
• Collaborate with other team members and leaders to create a unified and meaningful worship experience.
• Stay spiritually grounded and committed to personal growth and accountability.Who We’re Looking For:
• Vocalists and instrumentalists (guitar, piano, drums, bass, etc.) with a heart for worship.
• People who are reliable, teachable, and passionate about using their gifts to glorify God.
• Team players who can commit to regular practices and scheduled services.
• Worshippers first—musicians second.Time Commitment:
• Weekly rehearsal, usually one evening.
• Sunday services, plus occasional events or special services.Why It Matters:
